Rental Spaces
The Astor Hotel & Ballroom serves as more than just a hotel and wedding venue. We have multiple spaces available for you to choose from. Contact our Sales Team for pricing and additional information about hosting your next event with us!
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 250 guests and is adorned with romantic chandeliers, high ceilings, and rich architectural details. Perfect for large gatherings, events and of course, weddings! Rental prices vary based on catering, guest count and event type. We do not allow outside catering for meals, but do allow you to bring your own desserts. Room Rental fee waived when you hit the food & beverage minimum.
Renaissance Room
The Renaissance Room is perfect for birthdays, showers and rehearsal dinners. This classic, art deco style room seats up to 75 guests. Perfect for buffet style dinners or bar rental. Room Rental fee waived when you hit the food & beverage minimum.
John Bach Room
The John Bach room is used for smaller events and seats up to 60 guests. This space is ideal for meetings, seminars, showers, brunch and small family gatherings.

Walker Room & Juneau Room
The George Walker Room is our study that seats 10 guests. This is a great space for small, intimate gatherings. The Solomon Juneau Room is a small conference room that seats up to 10 guests. Perfect for meetings or small seminars. Both rooms are used as bridal suites for our couples to get ready in on wedding days.

The Rotunda Room
The Rotunda Room is located off of the Ballroom & Cafe Space. For an additional fee, this can be included with either space rental. The Rotunda Room is always included with Wedding Space Rentals.
The Rooftop Deck
Our rooftop deck may be rented for small gatherings or ceremonies up to 15 people. The Rooftop is available for all guests and residents to use throughout the day/year. Rental restrictions may apply.
